摘 要:差速器作为大功率分动器的核心部件,用以实现底盘动力的分配,满足整车转弯和爬坡工况需求,对保证整车的动力传递和可靠性起着关键作用。采取了双级优化设计方法,对行星轮式轴间差速器结构进行了优化设计,一方面保证结构的强度,另一方面减小产品的质量,以适应整车轻量化和高机动性能要求。通过经典强度计算和有限元方法的校核,证明该优化方法能够满足多轴超重型底盘大功率分动器行星轮式轴间差速器大转矩和高可靠性设计要求。The inter- axle differentials as a core component of power transfer cases is used to achieve the distribution of chassis power and meet the needs of working conditions of vehicle cornering and climbing,which has played a key role in ensuring the reliability of the vehicle power transmission. By using the two- stage optimization method,the inter- axle differential planetary wheel structure optimized design is carried out,on the one hand to ensure the strength of the structure,on the other hand to reduce the quality of products to meet the requirements of the vehicle light weight and high maneuverability. By the checking of classic strength calculation and finite element method,it shows that the optimization program could meet the requirements of both high torque and high- reliability design of the planetary gear inter- axle differential of multi- axis ultra- heavy-duty chassis large power transfer case.
