摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观是社会主义事业科学发展的价值导向,如何教育引导青年大学生做社会主义核心价值观的坚定信仰者和积极践行者是高校思想政治教育所面临的一项重要课题。高校文化建设作为高校实现文化传承创新职能的重要途径,既是大学生广泛参与其中的有效形式,更是大学生社会主义核心价值观培育的重要载体。将大学生社会主义核心价值观培育寓于高校文化建设,通过弘扬优秀传统文化,营造良好文化氛围,加强文化宣传,丰富文化实践等途径达到以文化人、以文育人的独特效果。The socialist core values are the value orientation of scientific development of socialism. Howto educate and guide the young college students to become the firm believers and active practitioners ofcore socialist values is a major task that Ideological and political education in colleges face. Cultural con-struction of colleges and universities, as an important way of the realization of transmission and innovationfunctions of cultural heritage, is not only the effective form of broad participation of college students , butalso an important carrier of cultivation of college students＇ core values. This paper attempts to make culti-vation of college students＇ core values a part of the cultural construction of colleges and universities toachieve the unique effect of benefiting people with culture through ways of rising excellent Chinese tra-ditional culture, building good cultural atmosphere, strengthening the propaganda of culture and enrichingthe cultural practices.
