摘  要:自新中国成立以来,高等教育事业的发展有千回百折之态,亦有日新月异之势。这一路的改革发展,主要历经三个阶段:一是开启高等教育事业新篇章的基础奠定时期;二是高等教育事业陷入困顿与挫折的徘徊时期;三是高等教育事业步入改革探索的新时期。回顾整个改革发展的历程,高等教育事业主要凸显以下特点:过程的曲折性、政治主导性、改革具有极端性、对国外经验的依赖性以及主体意识缺乏性等。未来我国高等教育改革应注意以下问题:一是避免隐形的造成极端结果的改革措施;二是改革要尊重高等教育自身规律;三是改革要发挥高等教育这一主体自身的主观能动性;四是改革中要减少计划手段的使用;五是对外国高等教育改革经验要理性看待。Since the foundation of new China, the higher education has development, also with rapid innovation. This all the way of the reform and stages: the foundation period of opening a new chapter of higher education; experienced many frustrations in its development has gone through three the wandering period of falling into difficult and frustration; the new period of entering reform and exploration. Reviewing the whole process of reform and development, our country's higher education career highlights the following characteristics: the tortuous process, political dominance, dependence on foreign experience and the lack of subject consciousness. For the development, several issues should be focused on: to avoid the contact caused by extreme results; to respect the higher education reform law of their own; to play the main initiative of higher education; to reduce the use of plan means in reform; to treat the foreign reform experience of higher education rationally.
