摘  要:在现代科学技术和生产中,焊接是金属和其他工程材料连接的主要方式,焊接结构的高质量是确保系统高可靠性运行的关键。"焊接检验"是材料焊接专业一门实践性很强的专业课程,着重培养学生对于焊接过程和焊接构件中缺陷的判断和处理能力,因此实验操作环节的能力培养尤为重要。本文基于项目教学法,立足于增强教-学换位互动以及促进实验课堂延伸的目标,从实验室动态进课堂的角度,探讨了如何启发学生在课堂与实践过程中完成自我建构,将大型钢结构、海洋船舶、焊接用材料等实际工程中的焊接检验以项目模块融入实验教学,对优化实验教学模式、激发学生自我探索具有积极的意义。In contemporary science and technology and production, welding is the main way of connecting metals with other engineering materials, so the quality of the welded construction is the key factor determining the efficiency of a system. "Welding Inspection" is a highly practical professional course, focusing on the cultivation of students' ability to detecting and handling defects in the process of welding and the welded construction, so the cultivation of their practical ability is especially important. Based on project-based teaching method, and from the perspective of introducing laboratory developments into class, this paper explores how to inspire students to complete self-construction in class and practice, which is of positive significance for the optimization of experiment teaching and the motivation of students' self-exploration.
