保留脾脏的腹腔镜远端胰腺切除术分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜保脾远端胰腺切除术的疗效。方法将2015年12月—2016年12月本院胰腺肿瘤患者53例作为观察对象,经掷硬币法分组。25例采用腹腔镜远端胰腺切除术(不保留脾脏),设对照组。28例采用腹腔镜保脾远端胰腺切除术,设实验组。治疗后比较组间疗效。结果两组手术出血量、住院日和并发症发生率,经统计学比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜保脾远端胰腺切除术为有效、可行方法,而且并发症减少。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy in treatment of preserving-spleen. Methods Chose 53 patients with pancreatic tumor who were treated in hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 to study and separated them into two groups by tossing a coin. 25 patients separated into control group were given with laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy for treatment （non- preserving spleen）, while another 28 patients separated into study group were given with laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy for preserving-spleen, and then compare treatment effects. Results There were no obvious differentials between two groups in terms of their operation hemorrhage, hospitalization days and complication incidence according to statistic processing （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy for preserving-spleen treatment is effective and plausible and it is conducive to decreasing complications.
