摘  要:VAE乳液具有良好的综合性能,使得其在建筑、建材、食品、纺织品等领域被广泛应用,但是随着人们环保意识的提高,对乳液产品提出了更高的环保要求,尤其在家具、纺织品粘接、食品包装等应用领域,要求VAE乳液不含甲醛,甚至零VOC。论文简介了VAE乳液的共聚合原理和生产工艺,分析了普通VAE产品中甲醛和残余单体的来源,简述了目前使用消除甲醛和降低残余单体的方法,提出VAE乳液环保性方面今后努力方向的建议。The good comprehensive performance of VAE emulsion, making the VAE is widely applied in the construction, building materials, food, textile and other fields, but with the improvement of people environmental protection consciousness, the emulsion products put forward higher requirements of environmental protection, especially in furniture, textiles, adhesives, food packaging applications, such as requirement of VAE emulsion does not contain formaldehyde, even zero VOC. Paper analyzes the VAE emulsion copolymerization principle and production technology, and the source of formaldehyde and residual monomer in ordinary VAE products. This paper briefly introduces the methods of eliminating formaldehyde and reducing residual monomer at present, and puts forward some suggestions on the future direction of VAE emulsion environmental protection.
