摘　　要：公安情报人才培养是确保当前"情报主导警务"战略实施的基础,针对当前公安院校情报人才培养存在的问题,提出了一种分类别、多层次应用型公安情报人才培养供应链,构建了人才培养供应链的协调机制,最后,建立公安情报人才供应链过程绩效评价体系。Personnel training of public security intelligence is a foundation to intelligence-led implement. A supply chain of intelligence personnel training which was based on classifications and policing strategy levels was pro- posed aiming at the problems in personnel training of public security academies, and a coordinating mechanism was built. At last, a evaluation system of process performance which can be used in supply chain of intelligence person- nel training was built.
