基于产学结合的课程建设研究与实践——以输电线路工程施工为例

摘　　要：产学结合教育模式能够培养与企业需求一致的高素质人才,输电线路工程施工课程属于专业核心课,对实现专业培养目标起至关重要的作用。文章以输电线路工程施工课程建设为契机,基于产学结合教学理论,分析了产学结合对提高课程教学质量的作用,探讨了课程的教学内容建设、教学方式改革和教师团队建设等方面的经验。实践证明,该建设方案和建设成果有利于提高学生的学习主动性,培养具备知识、能力和素质的应用型人才。The combination of production and education can cultivate high-quality talents with the needs of enterprises, and the course of transmission line construction is a core course, which plays an important role in realizing professional training objective. Based on the combination of production and teaching theory, the paper takes the con- struction of ＂transmission line construction＂ as an opportunity, analyzes the effect of the combination of production and education on improving the quality of course teaching, and discusses the experience of the construction of teach＂ ing contents, the reform of teaching methods and the construction of teachers＂ team. Practice has proved that the con- struction scheme and results are conducive to improving students＂ learning initiative and cultivating applied talents with knowledge, ability and quality.
