摘　　要：加强大学生职业生涯规划教育,对于高校教学体系的完善、大学生就业工作的推进有着十分重要的作用。当今大学生存在缺乏职业生涯规划意识、就业准备不足、工作能力欠缺等问题。因此,要加强职业生涯指导老师队伍建设,建立个性化、跟踪式的职业生涯指导体系,完善实践教学体系,为大学生提供更完善的职业生涯规划指导。To strengthen the education of college students＇ career planning is very important for improving college teaching system and promoting the employment of college students. Today＇s college students lack the awareness of career planning, the preparation for employment and work abilities. Therefore, we should strengthen the teaching staff construction for college students＇ career guidance, establish a personalized and follow-up career guidance system, and improve the system of practice teaching, so as to provide a better career planning guidance for college students.
