摘 要:民族大学生人文关怀长效机制的构建是大学生思政教育创新发展的内在要求,也是促进民族大学生自我发展、自我价值实现的重要支撑。思想政治教育管理者在逐步优化和丰富思政教育理论体系的同时,也应以提高民族大学生人文素养为目的,自觉地将人文关怀理念融入思政教育之中,要从关怀入手,重视"人"的差异化价值,将民族大学生视为平等的关爱主体,营造健康向上的育人氛围,只有这样才能提高民族大学生思政教育成效。The construction of the long-term mechanism of the minority college students' humanistic care is the inevitable requirement of the development of Ideological and political education of college students, it is also the need to promote the comprehensive development of minority college students.
