摘　　要：牙周局部细菌感染可引发牙周组织炎症,造成牙周组织破坏,牙齿脱落。近些年,有学者发现B-1细胞占牙周炎病损部位浸润细胞的很大比例,并对B-1细胞在牙周炎中的作用进行了研究。本文就B-1细胞在牙周炎中的研究现状做一综述,以了解该领域的研究进展并为牙周炎的治疗提供新的思路。Periodontal local bacterial infection can cause inflammation of periodontal tissue,resulting in the destruction of periodontal tissue and tooth loss.In recent years,scholars found that a large proportion of B-1cells accounted for periodontitis lesion infiltrating cells and conducted researches on the effect of B-1cells in periodontitis.In this article,we performed a systematic review of B-1cell in periodontitis in order to understand the research progress in this field and obtain the new ideas for the treatment of periodontitis.
