摘 要:市场需求波动、产业结构不均衡和生态环境破坏等多重压力,导致钢铁行业形势低迷。如何在重重困境下绝处逢生,是钢铁冶金设计企业当前面临的首要问题。技术营销作为技术单位的新型营销模式,具有一定战略作用和实践意义。本文以当今钢铁形势为背景,从钢铁冶金设计行业的特殊性出发,分析研究钢铁冶金设计企业在市场开拓和产品营销方面的发展方向,多角度提出技术营销的战略建议,并从营销策略和团队建设等方面进行可行性分析。The steel industry now has been caught in a sluggish situation due to demand fluctuation,industrial structure unbalance,environmental destruction and so on.It has become the top priority for steel metallurgy design companies to rejuvenate from such dilemma.As a new type for technology companies,technology marketing has been considered as strategically and pragmatically important.Within the context of the current steel industry development,this paper analyzes development direction of design companies in market exploration and product marketing from the perspective of characteristics of steel metallurgical design industry.The paper puts forward strategic suggestions of technology marketing from different angles and makes feasibility analysis in terms of marketing strategy and team-building.
