2010-2012年天津市东丽区居民恶性肿瘤发病分析

摘　　要：目的了解天津市东丽区发病监测点居民,2010-2012年恶性肿瘤发病水平及其变化趋势,为预防恶性肿瘤的发生,制订有利于我区居民健康的相关政策提供依据。方法对2010-2012年天津市东丽区发病监测资料进行统计分析。结果通过发病监测点统计,恶性肿瘤在东丽区全体居民的平均发病率为279.96/10万,其中男性人口平均发病率为263.04/10万,女性人口平均发病率为296.99/10万,男女发病率比0.89:1,男性人口恶性肿瘤发病率略低于女性人口。在恶性肿瘤发病率中肺、支气管癌,乳腺癌,肝癌,宫颈癌,胃癌分别排名前5位,恶性肿瘤按照不同类型其变化趋势有所不同,乳腺癌、宫颈癌呈上升趋势,肺、支气管癌和肝癌呈下降趋势,胃癌发病率基本维持在稳定水平。不同年龄组恶性肿瘤发病率不同,且发病率随年龄增长而升高,71岁以上年龄段发病率达到高峰。结论在天津市东丽区,恶性肿瘤已经成为导致疾病负担加重的主要疾病之一。要加强健康教育,从建立良好生活方式入手,采取早发现、早诊断、早治疗的防治措施。Objective To understand the incidence and change trend of malignant tumor in Dongli District of Tianjin City from 2010 to 2012,in order to provide the basis to prevent the occurrence of malignant tumor and formulate relevant policies to the health of residents.Methods To do the statistical analysis of disease monitoring data from 2010 to 2012 in Tianjin Dongli district.Results The average incidence of malignant tumors in Tianjin Dongli district disease surveillance sites was 279.96/100 thousand,with the average incidence of 263.04/100 thousand for men and 296.99/100 thousand for women.The incidence of malignant tumor of men was slightly lower than that of women,the incidence ratio of men and women was0.89 ll.The top five malignant tumor is lung and bronchial cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,cervical cancer,stomach cancer,different types of malignant tumor have different trend,breast cancer and cervical cancer is on the rise,lungs and bronchial cancer and liver cancer is on the decline,stomach cancer incidence is in a stable level.The incidence of malignant tumor is different in different age groups and increases with age with the incidence peak in above 71 years old.Conclusion Malignant tumor has become one of the main diseases for the burden of disease in Tianjin Dongli district.It＇s better to strengthen health education,build a good lifestyle,take the measures of early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.
