摘　　要：已有报道指出花生四烯酸代谢通路与多种癌症的发生发展密切相关。然而,其中涉及的具体机制尚不明确。本文将对花生四烯酸的主要代谢产物在肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡、肿瘤转移、肿瘤血管新生和炎症反应等方面进行综述。It has been reported that arachidonic acid pathway was intimately associated with the development and progression of numerous cancer diseases.However,the precise roles they play remain unclear.This review is to give a brief introduction of the roles of arachidonic acid metabolites in cell proliferation and apoptosis,metastasis,angiogenesis and inflammation of tumors.
