摘　　要：目的对西安市不同城区青少年学生的体质健康现状进行分析,探寻不同城区青少年体质健康的影响因素。方法运用问卷调查法和现场测试法对西安市不同城区78所中、小学15 600名学生和780名体育教师进行抽样调查,分析不同城区青少年的体质健康现状及影响因素。结果西安市不同城区青少年的身高、体重、胸围及皮褶厚度等身体形态指标不尽相同,这与不同城区经济发展水平呈正相关;学校体育教育资源、社会体育组织、相关法律法规及执行情况、家庭的体育观念与经济状况等因素对西安市不同城区青少年的身体健康状况产生重要影响。结论加强创新,重视观念创新、体制创新和技术创新;完善体育社会组织、相关法律法规、监管机制和资金管理机制,促进西安市青少年的身体健康。Objective This paper analyzes the status quo of the physical health of the young students in different urban districts of Xi＇ an,and explores the influencing factors of the physical health of the adolescents in different urban districts. Methods 15 600 students and 780 PE teachers from 78 primary and middle schools in different districts of Xi＇an were investigated by questionnaire and field test. The physical health status and influencing factors of adolescents in different urban areas were analyzed. Results The height,weight,chest circumference and skin-fold thickness of different urban youths in Xi＇an are different,which are positively correlated with the economic development level of different urban districts; School physical education resources,social sports organizations,the relevant laws and regulations and the implementation of the concept of family sports and economic conditions and other factors which have an important impact on the health status in different urban areas of Xi＇an young people. Conclusion Strengthen innovation,attach importance to the concept of innovation,system innovation and technological innovation; Improve the social organization of sports,the relevant laws and regulations,regulatory mechanisms and capital management mechanism to promote the physical health of young people in Xi＇an.
