血性胸水细胞蜡块制作的体会

摘　　要：目的研究血性胸水细胞蜡块制作的效果。方法南京大学附属鼓楼医院病理科2013—2015年临床2 h内送检新鲜血性胸水20例,每份标本均分3份,95%乙醇固定3种不同时间进行细胞蜡块制作,常规切片HE染色观察结果。结果本研究方法制作的细胞蜡块常规HE切片完整、镜下细胞结构清楚、背景干净;三种不同时间做出细胞蜡块个数率并无统计学意义,但从获取细胞量和时间上综合考虑95%乙醇固定4 h的制作效果最好。结论本研究方法选取95%乙醇固定4 h时间段,可得到最佳血性胸水的细胞蜡块制作效果。Objective To investigate the bloody pleural effusion cell block effect. Method Selecting fresh bloody pleural effusion within 2 hours of 20 cases from 2013 to 2015,comparison the number of cells wax block of three types time of 95% ethanol-fixed by SPSS17. 0,χ~2 test and Hematoxylin Eosin staining. Results The slice is complete,clear cell structure and clean background.Three different time results are not statistically significant,but 95% ethanol-fixed with 4 hours is the best and get more cells. Conclusion The methods of 95% ethanol-fixed time with 4 hours is the best and can apply to make the cell block.
