摘  要:为明确大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella L.)触角外部形态及其感器的种类与分布,取刚羽化的大蜡螟雌、雄成虫各3头,用镊子取其完整触角,样品脱水处理后,利用扫描电镜对大蜡螟雌、雄成虫触角形态及感器的形态和分布进行观察。结果显示:大蜡螟成虫触角呈线状,触角感器共有7种,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、腔锥形感器、栓锥形感器、耳形感器和叉形感器,其中毛形感器和锥形感器各有2种类型。大蜡螟雌、雄成虫之间触角感器的类型、分布规律相似。本研究为深入了解大蜡螟的化学感受系统,揭示其嗅觉识别机制奠定了基础。In order to further elucidate the olfactory system and the mechanism of olfactory recognition of Galleria mellonella L., the type, number and distribution of antennal sensilla of G. mellonella were observed. Three adult of both female and male were used on the day of emergence. The antennal were carefully cut at the base using fine tweezers. After dehydration, all samples were examined using scanning electron microscope. The antenna of G. mellonella were filiform. Seven types of sensilla on surface of G. mellonella were observed: sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla styloconica, sensilla auricillica and sensilla furcatea. Sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconica had two subtypes. The type and distribution of antennal sensilla between female and male were similar.
