摘 要:教育实习是综合性的教育实践活动,是引领准教师进入专业领域的关键环节。然而传统的集中教育实习模式存在诸多弊端,影响了实习生实践能力的培养。"全程·多元·反思"新型英语实习模式以培养"反思性实践者"为导向,强调教育实习的全程性、连续性和发展性,力图克服传统实习模式的缺点,真正发挥教育实习的效用。Teaching practice is a comprehensive practical education activity. It's a key process through which prospective teachers enter the area of professional teaching. However, because the traditional practice model has many drawbacks, the cultivation of the ability of students' teaching practice has been greatly effected. The paper tries to put forward a new teaching practice model: whole-process, multiple and reflective model, which takes developing "reflective practitioner" as the guidance and puts emphasis on the whole-process, continuity and development of teaching practice. It is hoped that the new model could solve the problems and truly attain the objective of teaching practice.
