摘　　要：四川省大学英语三级考试是衡量高职高专学生英语水平的标准之一。平时备考是基础，应试技巧是关键，考试中时间的灵活机变运用至关重要。考生特别应该明白考试各环节时间的巧妙安排，这样当其正式面临考试时，就会镇定自如，发挥出最佳水平。SCET-3 （Sichuan College English Test-Band Three） is one of the criteria to measure the English proficiency of higher vocational college students. It is essential for students to prepare the SCET-3. But test technique, especially time arrangement, is the most important. The examinees are supposed to know the time arrangement of the exam procedure. Only in this way can they be calm and play their best when they face SCET-3.
