金的达标理论在我国临床护理实践中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：金的达标理论是基于人是开放系统这一哲理,由动态互动系统和人类、健康、环境、社会等抽象概念发展而来,着重阐述发生在护患之间的相互作用,强调护理是为全人类健康服务的。在临床护理实践中,护士通过应用金的达标理论,有效促进了护患共同目标的实现,提高病人生存质量。King＇s theory of goal attainment was based on the theory that the human being was an open system. It came. from the abstract concept of dynamic interaction system and human beings,health, environment, society. The gold standard theory focused on the interaction between nurses and patients, emphasized that the nursing serves for the health of all mankind. In the practice of clinical nursing, nurses could effectively promote the realization of the common goal of nurses and patients through applying King＇s theory of goal attainment, and improve the quality of life of patients.
