基于NVivo的我国弱势群体教育救助问题的政策分析

摘　　要：通过梳理近十年来国家和地方政府颁发的有关弱势群体教育救助的政策文件,运用NVivo10.0进行文件属性分析和政策话语分析,明了政府对弱势群体教育救助工作重点关注救助对象、救助方式和救助质量三方面问题,了解其在细分和扩大救助对象人群、完善救助方式和提升救助质量上尚待加强,并从经济和非经济教育救助制度、优质师资和教学资源配置以及政府部门统筹规划等方面提出建议和措施。Combing policy documents issued by the national and local governments in the recent ten years about disadvantaged groups educational assistance, the author use the Nvivo 10.0 to analyse file attributes and policy discourse, and comprehend the government educational assistance focused on three aspects of assistance object, assistance method, assistance quality, so as to understand that it should be strengthened to fractionize and expand assistance object, consummate assistance way, improve assistance quality, then put forward suggestions and measures of economic and non-economic educational assistance system, high-quality teachers and teaching resources configuration, and the overall planning of the government departments, etc.
