重症监护室护理人员层级培训实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分层级培训模式对ICU护理队伍整体素质的影响。方法采用分层级培训管理模式,对40名护理人员进行护理培训,定期进行效果评估和反馈。结果分层培训后的护士技能操作水平、理论水平、护士和患者满意度高于培训前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级培训提高了护士综合素质和能力,提高了患者和护士的满意度。Objective Discussion on the influence of hierarchical training model on the overall quality of ICU nursing team. Methods 40 nurses participated in the hierarchical training. The evaluation and feedback was conducted periodically. Results The skill level, theory level, satisfaction of nurses and patients were improved after the hierarchical training, The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hierarchical training improves the comprehensive quality and ability of nurses ,improves the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
