The city is the result of the world civilization. The urban spacial justice has been studied and discussed by the whole mankind since the ancient Greece. The essay is to make a study of urban spacial justice in China and the US, based on the famous classic Chinese novel A Dream in Red Mansion and the famous classic American novel The Great Gatsby, and following the authors' speculation of the spacial justice, from four aspects: spaeial justice in profit allocation, spacial justice in original position, spacial justice in discourse ethics and spacial justice in difference recognition, to interpret what the spacial justice was like 300 years ago in China and 100 years ago in the US and to understand the impact of the spacial justice on the society in the city development.
