摘 要:结合近年来材料、化学、物理学科的研究热点,探索了一个由科研课题"绿色化学还原法制备石墨烯"设计转化成的研究型综合化学实验。此实验现象稳定、重复性好,达到教学实验要求。通过本实验项目学生可掌握紫外可见吸收光谱仪、荧光光谱仪结构、原理及操作技能,了解纳米材料的绿色制备方法及表征技术,强化学生的基础知识和实验技能,全面提高学生综合能力,取得较好的实验教学效果。而且,本实验还包含大量需要学生进行自主探索的研究性实验内容和过程,将当前的研究热点引入到实验教学中,使化学实验教学质量有明显提高,对培养学生的创新能力、科学素养和研究能力有明显效果。Combined with the research hotspots from chemistry,materials and environment sciences in recent years,this paper explored a research-based comprehensive chemistry experiment which was designed and converted from the research subject "preparation grapheme through green chemical reduction of graphene oxide". This experiment could satisfy the requirements of the stability and reproducibility in teaching experiment. Through this proposed comprehensive experiment,the students could understand and grasp the structure,working principle and operation skill of UV-vis spectrometer and spectrofluorimeter, meanwhile, they also could understand the preparation methods and characterization techniques of nanomaterials, and strengthen their knowledge, experimental operation skill and comprehensive ability. The experiment has attained preferable teaching results. Moreover,according to this experiment,practical research topics were introduced into the system of chemistry experiment teaching,it contains a large number of content which the students can explore and investigate autonomously. It is found that these measures can improve the teaching quality,and develop the students' comprehensive creative abilities,scientific literacy and research ability.
