摘　　要：为了保障大学生科研训练计划(SRTP)的有效实施及提高训练的效果,基于该计划的宗旨和大学生的特点,通过对指导或参与SRTP的师生进行调查,分析了实施SRTP的现状特点:师生总体持满意态度,指导教师认为主要存在大学生综合运用知识的能力欠缺,科研主体性不强,SRTP选题中60%是教师提供的,学生的研究主动性一般或不好的高达45%和29%,写作和表达能力一般。而学生认为没有足够的时间完成项目内容,实验室开放程度不够等问题。根据调查结果提出了相应的对策意见:培养学生创新主体意识、构建完善的科研创新平台、提高SRTP的过程管理水平和积极培育项目成果。To improve the effect of student research training plan（SRTP）,this study presents a survey of SRTP,from which most of the tutors and students are content based on the purposes of the plan and the characteristics of college students. However,there are still some imperfections,which involve the lack of students＇ comprehensive ability to use knowledge,research initiative,writing and presentation skills,the implementation time of the project,and lab openness.The projects of 60% were provided by tutors. The teachers think the study initiative of students of 74% is undesirable.Based on the survey,some countermeasures have been put forward： such as cultivating students＇ initiative innovation consciousness,building perfect scientific research innovation platform,raising the level of SRTP process management,and fostering project results.
