摘　　要：目的研究胎儿不同程度侧脑室扩张磁共振超声联合诊断,及不同程度脑室扩张对胎儿生后婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法应用超声对胎儿脑室扩张进行筛查,应用磁共振对脑室扩张不同程度及合并其他神经系统畸形确诊。于产后3月、6月、12月和18月,进行随访,应用小儿神经心理发育检查表检测并记录婴幼儿生长发育状况,研究脑室扩张程度与婴幼儿生长发育的相关性。结果不同程度脑室扩张胎儿生后3月、6月、12月和18月的生长发育不同,轻度和中度脑室扩张胎儿生后婴幼儿生长发育正常,重度脑室扩张胎儿生后婴幼儿生长发育低下,脑室扩张程度与婴幼儿生长发育成负相关。结论侧脑室扩张程度越严重,对胎儿生后婴幼儿生长发育影响越大。轻度侧脑室扩张,临床预后较好,对胎儿生后婴幼儿生长发育影响较小;中度和重度侧脑室扩张胎儿,往往伴发其他中枢神经系统畸形,对胎儿生后婴幼儿的生长发育影响较大,需要慎重对待。Objective To study the application of magnetic resonance imaging combined with uhrasonography in the diagresis of different level of lateral ventricular dilation and the influence on the growth and development of the baby. Methods Screen ex- amination using uhrasonography, and the different levels and combination with other nervous system abnormality of lateral ventric- ular dilation were confirmed with the magnetic resonance imaging. Follow-up care was implemented 3, 6, 12 and 18 months later after the childbirth. The growth and development status of babies were evaluated by using the pediatric neuropsychological devel- opment checklist and recorded. And the correlation relationship between ventricular dilation level and the growth and development was evaluated. Results The growth and development status were different, those of mild and moderate ventricular dilation were normal while those of severe ventricular dilation were abnormal. The degree of ventricle dilated was negatively correlaed with growth and development of babies. Conclusion The more serious of lateral ventricular dilation, the greater impact on the growth and development on infant. The mild lateral ventricular dilation shows little impact as its good clinical prognosis. While, the mod- erate and severe lateral ventricular dilation show great impact on infant, especially accompanied with other central nervous malfor- mations, which needs carefully treatment..
