摘 要:友善是社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分,是社会主义价值体系生活化、大众化的重要体现,小康社会的全面建成离不开友善的社会氛围。当前中国在迈向现代化的进程中逐渐呈现出个体化的特征,这使得友善价值观的培育需要以同情心和共情能力的提升为立足点,以友善文化的传承为载体,以个人利益与社会利益的和谐为落脚点,从内在动力和外在保障两个方面着力构建友善情感激发—感染机制、友善文化教育—传递机制、伙伴精神塑造机制和友善行为回应—评价机制,以促进友善的回归和社会的和谐。Friendliness is a major portion of core socialist values and also an important reflection of the values' integration into the daily life and their popularity with the common people. The construction of a well-off society in an all-round way cannot be achieved in an unfriendly social atmosphere. Currently in the process of modernization, China has gradually displayed the feature of individualiza- tion, which demands that the development of friendship should be based on the improvement of compassion and empathy, be centered on the inheritance and transmission of the friendly culture, and be grounded on the dialectical unity of individual benefits and social benefits. In this way, it is safe to guarantee the mechanism construction of motivating and influencing friendship, the mechanism of cul- tivating and transmitting the friendly culture, the mechanism of modeling the company's spirit, and the mechanism of feedbacking on and evaluating friendly behaviors by means of internal impetus and external influences, which will further contribute to the recurrence of friendship and the society's harmony.
