摘　　要：经过20多年的努力,心理咨询在我国高校有了长足的发展,呈现多元化、职业化、生态观的趋势。然而,我国高校心理咨询也存在着忽视发展性心理咨询、发展空间狭窄且不平衡、咨询师素质参差不齐、咨询师难以贯彻伦理道德、难以把握本土化与国际交流等问题。可以通过注重发展性心理咨询、完善心理咨询网络、强化心理咨询师的伦理道德意识、进行心理咨询本土化的探索等对策促使心理咨询在我国高校健康稳定地发展。After more than 20 years, psychological counseling in Chinese colleges has made considerable development. However, there are also some problems about it such as the supervisory system is missing, psychological counseling develops unbalanced with the space is narrow, and advisory personnel quality is uneven, consultants cant comply with ethics, hard to grasp the local and international communication. So, some countermeasures should be used to make psychological counseling in Chinese colleges develop healthy and steady. For example, set up a supervision mechanism, improve the network, strengthen the training of psychological consultants, explore with the localization of psychological counseling.
