用不同浓度的碘伏液对行白内障手术的患者进行术前结膜囊冲洗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析用不同浓度的碘伏液对行白内障手术的患者进行术前结膜囊冲洗的临床效果。方法:选取资中县人民医院收治的进行白内障手术的患者250例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组。在实施手术前,用浓度为0.05%的碘伏液为对照组患者进行结膜囊清洗,用浓度为0.025%的碘伏液为实验组患者进行结膜囊清洗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义。实验组患者手术后进行结膜囊微生物检测的阳性率明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在为白内障患者实施白内障手术前,用浓度为0.025%的碘伏液为其进行术前结膜囊冲洗的临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the cataract patients before application of two different concentrations of iodine solution flushing the clinical efficacy of conjUnctival sac. Methods chose 250 cataract patients from Nov-2013 Oct-2015 with cataract surgery and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group were given 0.05% Iodophor liquid cleaning eonjunctival sac, experimental group were given 0.025% Iodophor liquid for cleaning the conjunctival sac, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results the total effective rate of experimental group was98.4 %, significantly better than the control group of 80.0%（P 〈 0.05）; the experimental group of infection rate was significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion preoperative patients with cataract application concentration of 0.025% [odophor abluent conjunctival sac clinical curative effect, and less adverse reaction, worthy of further clinical application.
