摘　　要：整形美容外科不同于其他外科,其涉及面广,以形态为主,同时兼具功能,具有独特的学科特点,因此其教学方法也具有特殊性,如何有效教学成为住院医师规范化培训过程中的重点。本文就以问题为中心的教学方法在整形美容外科住院医师规范化培训的应用情况,进行总结分析,以便进一步推广应用。Aesthetic plastic surgery is different from the other surgery, which is mostly focus on appearance and widely used, and another special characteristic of aesthetic plastic surgery is unique blend of uniqueness and functionality. Thus, it＇s has a special way of teaching method. How to teach effectively is important during the course of standardized Training of Residents of plastic and aesthetic surgery. This issue centered teaching method in application of plastic surgery residency training, and analyzed for further application.
