护理疏导对乳腺癌化疗患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察护理审美指导对乳腺癌化疗患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响效果,探讨最佳护理措施。方法：选择我科收治的1 68例乳腺癌化疗患者,根据随机对照原则,分为两组,观察组予以护理审美指导;对照组予以常规护理措施,每组均84例。在护理干预前后分别对于两组患者采用SAS、SD、QLSBC进行焦虑、抑郁情绪以及生活质量的评估以及评估护理满意度。结果：护理干预前,两组患者的不良情绪评分SAS、SDS、各项生活质量差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理干预后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的不良情绪评分均降低明显,躯体因子、心理因子以及总分均增加明显,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理满意率9 5.24%,对照组76.1 9%,与对照组比较,观察组患者的护理满意率升高明显,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：护理审美指导可较好的改善乳腺癌化疗患者的不良情绪,提高其生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of nursing aesthetic guidance to breast cancer chemotherapy patients＇ unhealthy emotions and lives qualities, in further to explore the better nursing measures. Methods 168 cases breast cancer chemotherapy patients who were treated in our department were selected as research objects, according to random control principle, divided them into 2 groups, just： observation group, we adopted nursing aesthetic guidance to this group patients; and control group, we adopted normal nursing measures to this group patients, 84 cases in each group. Before and after nursing intervention separately adopted SAS, SD and QLSBC to two group patients, in order to get through anxious, depressed mood and life quality evaluation, on the other hand evaluated the nursing degree of satisfaction. Results Before nursing intervention, two group patients＇ unhealthy emotions＇ scores SAS, SDS and each life quality index all hadn＇t statistical significances （P〉0.05）; after nursing intervention, compared with control group, observation group patients＇ unhealthy emotions scores obviously decreased, body factor, psychological factor and total score all obviously increased, the differences had statistical significances （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing aesthetic guidance can relatively better improve breast cancer chemotherapy patients＇ unhealthy emotions; increase their lives qualities and nursing degree of satisfaction.
