摘　　要：[目的]了解不同榨菜品种的经济性状差异。[方法]对4个品种各20株榨菜分整株榨菜、榨菜头、叶片、榨菜脑4部分进行称重、统计和分析。[结果]整株榨菜、榨菜脑平均重量最大的均为余缩1号。榨菜头产量最高的为海螺榨菜;榨菜脑产量最高的榨菜品种为余缩1号。[结论]产量不仅受组织平均重量的影响,而且受种植密度的影响,且组织平均重量和种植密度可能存在一定的相互影响。[ Objective ] To understand the difference in economic characters of four varieties of tuber mustard. [ Method ] The weight of whole plant, tuber mustard leaves,tuber mustard head, tuber mustard bolt were analyzed. [ Result] Yusuo No. 1 had the highest average weight in whole plant and tuber mustard bolt among four varieties Hailuo had the highest yield in tuber mustard head. Yusuo No. 1 had the highest yield in tuber mustard bolt. [Conclusion] The yield of tuber mustard is affected not only by the average weight of the tissue, but also by the planting density. There may be some interactions between the average weight of tissue and planting density.
