摘　　要：为保证改制后的企业健康持续的发展,不断做大作强企业,需要强有力的政治思想工作来支撑;做好改制企业思想政治工作的关键就要不断创新改制企业党建和思想政治工作;切实加强对改制企业党建和思想政治工作的领导,解决改制企业政治思想工作面临的新情况、新问题、新矛盾。坚持以人为本,全心全意依靠员工办好企业,满足员工的需求,使党建和思想工作围绕中心凝心聚力。Development which continues after the guarantee remanufacture's enterprise health,makes the writings strong enterprise unceasingly,needs the powerful political thinking work to support; Completes the remanufacture enterprise ideology political works the key to innovate unceasingly the remanufacture enterprise party building and the ideology political works; Strengthens earnestly to the remanufacture enterprise party building and the ideology political works leadership,the new situation which,the new question the solution remanufacture enterprise political thinking work faces,new contradictory. Insisting humanist,depends upon the staff to run the enterprise wholeheartedly,meets staff's need,causes the party building and the ideological work congeals the heart regarding the center to gather the strength.
