摘　　要：高校学生党支部建设是高校思想政治工作的重要支撑点,在学生中起着政治核心作用,是党联系学生的桥梁和纽带。在新时期,加强学生党支部建设,必须做到工作创新,本文结合所在高职院校实际情况,重点从组织设置形式、党员发展和学生党员教育工作机制等方面开展研究,达到创新。The development of student Party Branch is the catch point of the ideological and political work in Universities. It plays a key role in students’ political consciousness and acts as the link between the Party and the student body. It is necessary to work innovatively in order to enhance the development of student Party Branch in the new Era. Based on the actual situation of the Vocational College where the writer works, this paper investigated following aspects which impact on the innovative work: the form of organization setting, the development of Party members and the mechanism of education work for student Party members.
