摘 要:次氯酸钠预处理过的菱角淀粉与酒石酸发生酯化反应,生成酯化淀粉胶粘剂;然后以此为基体,以微量高岭土为催干剂、干酪素和松香为改性剂,采用共混法制备出菱角淀粉复合胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当m(菱角粉末)=10 g、V(聚乙烯醇)=20 mL时,复合胶粘剂的粘接强度(T-剥离强度为18.42 N/cm2)较大、黏度为2.14 Pa·s;将该复合胶粘剂用作信封胶时,具有良好的应用性能。An esterification starch adhesive was prepared by esterification reaction between sodium hypochlorite pretreated water cahrop starch and tartaric acid. Then, with the above adhesive as matrix, trace kaolin as drier, casein and rosin as modifiers, so the water caltrop starch composite adhesive was prepared by blending. The research results showed that the composite adhesive had the biggish bonding strength (T-peel strength at 18.42 N/cm^2) , and its viscosity was 2.14 Pa· s when water caltrop powder was 10 g, and polyvinyl alcohol was 20 mL. The composite adhesive as envelope adhesive had the good application properties.
