摘　　要：国家提出21世纪迈进创新型国家和人才强国行列的战略部署,高等学校作为创新型国家基础和引领力量,在建设创新型国家中具有不可替代的重要作用。首先简述我国高校培养创新型人才的理论和实践,接着分析我国高校当前培养创新型人才面临的主要问题,最后重点论述了新时期高校加快培养创新型人才应当采取的主要举措。It is clear that China puts forward the strategic objective to become the innovation-oriented country and strong economic power with creative talents in twenty-first Century. Now, colleges and u- niversities are the basis and leading force for achieving the goal of innovative country. The paper firstly describes the theory and practice of cultivating innovative talents in China＇s universities. Then, it tries to analyze the main problems and difficulties in training innovative talents in universities. Finally, the paper discusses the main measures to accelerate the cultivation of innovative talents in universities un- der the new era.
