摘　　要：胆管乳头状瘤病是一种较为罕见的胆管疾病,由于其临床表现及影像学检查无明显特异性,术前诊断十分困难、目前以外科手术为主要治疗手段,以提高患者长期生存率。本文通过对我院1例胆管乳头状瘤病患者的临床、病理、免疫组化表达及术后随访情况进行分析并复习相关文献,进一步探讨胆管乳头状瘤病的临床表现、诊断及治疗、以期提高对该病的认识。Biliary papillomatosis is a rare biliary disease. Because there is no obvious specificity in clinical manifesta- tions and imaging examination of biliary papillomatosis, and preoperative diagnosis is very difficult, the current surgical treatment is used as the main means to improve the long-term survival of patients.In this paper, the clinical, pathology, immunohistochemical expression and follow-up of one patient with biliary papillomatosis in our hospital was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed to further explore the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of biliary papillomatosis and to mprove the understanding of the disease.
