摘　　要：目的探讨柚皮苷对家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩运动的影响。方法采用离体平滑肌恒温灌流的方法,取家兔离体十二指肠,在不同浓度柚皮苷溶液作用条件下,通过BL-420生物机能实验系统测定其张力的变化,从而观察十二指肠平滑肌收缩运动。结果分别加入不同浓度柚皮柑溶液后,家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩张力较加药前增强且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论柚皮苷对家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩具有促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of naringin on the contraction of in vitro duodenum smooth muscle in rabbits. Methods The method of in vitro smooth muscle perfusion at a constant temperature was used to collect the rabbit duodenum in vitro. Under the condition of different concentration of naringin solution, the changes of tension was determined by BL-420 bio-functional experiment system, so as to observe the contraction of duodenal smooth muscle. Results After adding different concentrations of naringin solution, the contractile tension of duodenal smooth muscle in rabbits in vitro was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Naringin has a positive effect on the contraction of duodenum smooth muscle in rabbits in vitro.
