摘 要:目的检测自主合成的锶纳米羟基磷灰石原花青素(strontium-substituted-hydroxyapatite varnish,SrHAP-PA)复合涂膜对牙本质小管的封闭作用。方法首先构建牙本质敏感体外研究模型,并在模拟人口腔环境的条件下检测SrHAP-PA复合涂膜对牙本质小管的封闭作用,用扫描电镜观察循环结束后各组牙本质小管的封闭情况,X线能谱分析牙本质表面元素变化,记录各组傅里叶红外光谱,并用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察药品进入牙本质小管情况。结果成功构建了体外牙本质敏感的模型,并且在扫描电子显微镜下观察到SrHAP-PA复合涂膜能有效地封闭牙本质小管,X线能谱分析检测发现SrHAP-PA复合涂膜促进矿化物的形成,激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察到该涂膜能快速进入到牙本质小管中,且能保存较长时间。结论以SrHAP-PA复合物为有效成分的涂膜材料能有效封闭牙本质小管。Objective To investigate the occlusion effect of a novel nanoscaled procyanidins containing-strontium-substituted-hydroxyapatite varnish(SrHAP-PA) on the dentin tubules in vitro. Methods The model of dentin hypersensitivity was established in cow central incisors,then the sealing effect of SrHAP-PA varnish was examined on dentinal tubules under simulated human oral environment. Fluorine coating was used for the positive control group,and blank group served as negative control. Morphological alterations were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis(EDX) were used to analyze the changes of element quality on dentin surface. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was carried out and confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to observe the dentin tubules. Results The dentin-hypersensitivity model was successfully constructed. The SrHAP-PA varnish was observed to effectively occlude the dentinal tubules by SEM. EDX showed that the SrHAP-PA composite film promoted remineralization and FTIR displayed that the SrHAP-PA varnish can quickly enter into the dentinal tubules,and save for a long time in the simulation of the oral environment. Conclusion The SrHAP-PA complex as the active ingredient of the coating material can effectively seal the dentinal tubules.
