摘　　要：提起"工匠精神",许多人的第一反应是德国"蓝领"、德国的职业教育体系以及对职业人的培育造就口碑一流的德国制造,德国产品自然成为全世界商品的榜样。想振新中国制造业,让中国制造水平迎头赶上世界一流水平,迫切需要培育"工匠精神"。为此教育部感应社会需求针对职业院校开展举办了技能比武大赛,旨在通过大赛让学生锻炼创新及动手能力,磨炼"匠心"。Mentioning ＇craftsmanship＇, the instant reaction of most people might be german ＇blue collar＇ ,german vocational system and the world＇s well acknowledged made in german created by the craftsmen＇ training. No doubt that german products are the role model of world＇s merchandise. To rejuvenate chinese manufacture industry and make the chinese manufacturing level world＇s first tier, the cultivation of craftsmanship is desperately needed. Responding the need of society, the ministry of Education held skill competitions aiming at vocational schools to help training the innovation and practice ability of students and cultivate craftsmanship.
