摘  要:提出一种新型Z源逆变器。相对于传统Z源逆变器,该拓扑结构通过引入一个实现直通的IST-IGBT(isolated shoot-throuth IGBT,直通分离型全控型器件)来分离直通零矢量与传统零矢量,用耦合电感来代替传统Z源逆变器中的一个电感,且Z源阻抗网络相对于三相逆变桥的位置发生改变,此外构造电容电压环来间接控制直流链电压,保证了直流链电压的稳定。通过仿真实验可知该新型Z源逆变器比较于传统Z源逆变器可实现更高的电压增益,逆变侧输出电压波形质量更优同时不存在启动冲击电流和稳态时电容电压较低,验证所提Z源逆变器的优越性能,并且在该控制策略的作用下系统具有较好的鲁棒性。This paper presents a new type of Z-source inverter, compared to the traditional Z-source inverter, a coupled inductor is utilized to replace one of inductor in tranditional Z-source network. Meanwhile its position of Z-source network relative to the inverter bridge is changed and a controlled device is proposed in order to separate the shoot-through zero vector from traditional zero vector. Moreover, capacitor voltage loop is used to make the dc-link voltage stable. From the simulation and experiment results, it can be validated that in contrast with traditional Z-source inverter, the proposed Z- source inverter can obtain higher voltage gain, higher quality of output ac voltage , lower capacitor voltage during steady state and no inrush current when it starts working. So it is verified the superiority of this Z-source topology structure and the Z-source system whose dc-lick voltage is controlled by the capacitorvoltage loop can have a good robustness.
