书院社区环境下大学医学生学风培养模式

摘　　要：培养学生学风是书院重要的工作内容,其特有建制利于培养具有社会责任感、创新精神、国际视野以及核心竞争力的全面发展人才。我校医学生对书院学生总体学风现状评价很好,但医学生的学习主动性、规划性有待提高,手机依赖对医学生有明显的影响;学习兴趣与目标、教师教风、校园文化氛围是影响学习成绩的最重要三个因素。可通过学业导师一对一或一对多定向帮扶学生制定学业规划、以临床教师为指导老师的学生科技社团锻炼学生科研能力、以班主任和朋辈学长为主力的学业辅导中心答疑解惑,以心理咨询来缓解医学生手机依赖问题,以辅导员的考风考纪教育等解决医学生在学风中存在的问题。It＇s important to develop the good academic climate in colleges and umversttles, wmcn particular organizational system benefit to promote students＇ full development with sense of social responsibility, spirits of innovation, international horizons and core competitiveness. The evaluation of study culture among medics in our university is in first class on the whole; but initiation and plan of study should be developed, and mobile phone dependency has obvious effect on student＇ s study. Of course, learning interest and target, teachers＇ work style and university＇s cultural atmosphere are important factors in students＇ academic record. The problems in medics＇ style of study can be solved in the way of making one to one or one to more study schedule helped by academic advisers; practicing research ability in student technological association provided by clinician guide; answering questions through study center based on teachers and peer seniors; reducing mobile phone dependency counseled by psychological center; and strengthening cheating in exam education by instructors and assistant solve problems in medics＇ style of study.
