Objective To explore the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen combined with aspirin in the treatment of recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases of patients with cerebral infarction cured in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each. Patient in control group were treated with aspirin, and patients in observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of control group. The recurrence of cerebral infarction of the two groups were compared. Results The results of NIHSS and ADL showed that the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of aspirin treatment was significantly improved. And the observation group compared with the control group, there was significant difference(P 〈 0.05). At the same time, reflected in the evaluation of therapeutic effect, in terms of effectiveness, the function of the patients almost returned to normal, and the improvement rate was within the range of 70%-90%, and difference has statistical significanee(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The recurrence of hyperbaric oxygen combined with aspirin in the treatment of recurrent cerebral infarction is better than aspirin alone. It is worthy of promotion and application.
