摘 要:以高温梭式窑的工艺控制为背景,分析了影响系统温度的各个主要因素,确定系统温度控制方案为采用3个单闭环PID的控制方式。采用S7-300PLC作为下位机,用以采集实时数据与控制现场设备。将工控机作为监控系统的上位机,通过组态王软件实现对下位机的实时监控。实验室仿真结果表明:监控系统完全能够满足系统工艺控制要求,稳定性高,在温度控制精度与跟随特性上能够满足产品生产的要求,具有一定的借鉴价值。This paper analyses the influence factors of system temperature, and three single close-loop PID control systems are introduced for the temperature control scheme of high temperature shuttle-kiln. In hardware, S7- 300PLC is used as the lower computer to collect real-time data and control field equipment. The industrial control computer as a monitoring system of PC, real-time monitoring system is realized by Kingview configuration soft- ware. The experiments demonstrate that the monitoring system can meet the requirement of the process control sys- tem and also provide high stability. Therefore it has a certain reference value.
