摘　　要：转型发展是地方本科高校顺应社会经济转型升级的历史选择,也是地方本科高校通过结构调整,确保自身可持续发展的内在需求。从文化学的视角审视地方高校转型发展,其价值诉求就是革新原有的学校传统文化,重新建构一种适应社会经济发展需要的学校文化。学校转型发展过程中,必然会经历文化冲突、文化适应、文化自觉、文化创新等过程,面临着新旧文化的矛盾。地方本科高校只有充分认识自身文化的优势与劣势,扬长避短,顺应社会文化发展的脉络,在适应外来文化的基础上,创新现有文化,增强文化的生命力、吸引力和感召力,永葆文化的先进性,才能走上良性发展的轨道。Transitional development is a historical choice for local undergraduate universities to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of social economy. And it is also the internal demand of sustainable development of universities. From the perspective of cultural studies, the value pursuit of transformational development of local undergraduate universities is to reform the traditional culture and to rebuild a culture that adapt to the needs of social and economic development needs. In the process of the transformational development of universities, it is bound to experience cultural conflicts, cultural adaptation, cultural awareness and cultural innovation and so on, and to face the conflict between the new and the old cultures. Local undergraduate universities must take their own characteristics into consideration, follow the cultural logic, adapt to the development of society and cultures, create the existing culture and maintain the advanced nature of culture. Therefore, local undergraduate universities can enter into the track of benign development.
