摘  要:在整车开发前期对汽车零部件进行仿真分析,能够缩短整车开发周期,是现在汽车设计发展的趋势。利用仿真分析软件建立了某款SUV车型扭杆弹簧的有限元模型,利用仿真分析软件对扭杆弹簧改前、改后结构进行了刚度、强度及疲劳分析与对比。分析结果表明:扭杆弹簧结构改后对其刚度、强度无影响,但是疲劳寿命下降幅度较大。通过对扭杆弹簧改后的结构再进行优化,使其疲劳寿命提高了109%,满足设计要求。分析结果为设计提供参考。The simulation analysis of automobile parts can reduce the development period, which is the development direction for automo- bile design at present, The finite element model of a torsion bar spring was build using simulation software, and the stiffness , strength and fa- tigue performance were simulated for the two design structures. The simulation results show that the stiffness and strength of the torsion bar spring do no/change after newly designed, but its fatigue life decreases greatly. Through the structure optimization of torsion bar spring, the fatigue life increased 109% than the original structure. The analysis results can provide reference for the design department.
