经尿道2μm激光和电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较2μm激光气化切割术与环状电极电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法随机选取2013年1月至2014年8月在我院住院治疗的90例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,随机分为A、B组,每组各45例,A组采用经尿道微米激光汽化切割术,B组采用经尿道环状电极电切术,观察两组术中、术后并发症及复发情况。结果两组患者在一般资料比较上无明显差异,平均手术时间和治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)然而A组术中出血量、并发症、留置尿管时间及膀胱冲洗时间显著低于B组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2/μm激光气化切割术治疗非肌层侵润性膀胱肿瘤安全有效,具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,适于普及应用于临床。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of 2 micron laser ablation and annular electrode in the treatment of non muscle invasive bladder tumor. Methods 90 patients with non muscle invasive bladder cancer selected randomly from January 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into A, B group, 45 cases in each group. The patients in A group treated by transurethral laser vaporization cutting, and in B group treated by transurethral resection of the ring electrode, postoperative complications and recurrence in the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in general data, and the difference of average operation time and the cure rate were no significant difference between two groups （P ~ 0. 05）. However, the amount of bleeding, complications, indwelling catheter time and bladder irrigation time in A group were significantly lower than those in B group, with statistical significance （P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion 2 micron laser vaporization cutting is a safe and effective treatment for non muscle invasive bladder tumor with the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,faster recovery,less complications and so on.
