摘　　要：近年来发现肝癌衍生生长因子（HDGF）的表达与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、进展、转移、治疗和预后密切相关。尽管HDGF与肿瘤相互作用的机制尚不明确，但将HDGF作为肿瘤标志物及肿瘤治疗的新标靶已成为肿瘤研究的一个热点。Recent studies find that the expression of hepatoma-derived growth factor （HDGF） is closely correlated with the tumorigenesis, progression, metastasis, therapy and prognosis of various malignancies. Though the mechanism of the interaction of HDGF and tumors is still unclear, the research of HDGF serving as a tumor marker in malignancies and a new target for tumor treatment has become a hotspot in the research of tumor.
