摘　　要：患者女,71岁。下眼睑多处肤色1~5mm丘疹5年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内由透明细胞组成的条索状上皮样肿瘤团块,中央形成管腔,部分呈蝌蚪状分布。CEA,PAS染色管腔及管内容物阳性。诊断:透明细胞汗管瘤。A 71-year-old female complained with five-year duration of numerous 1～5mm skin-colored papules on both lower eyelids. Histological examination in dermis revealed that clear cells arranged in ductal and epithelial cords,and some cells presented with tadpole morphology. Immunohistologic staining of cell-arranged cords and substance within the cord showed positive CEA and PAS. The diagnosis was clear cell syringoma.
