摘  要:[目的]研究不同生长型观赏桃在生长季内的叶绿素荧光日变化规律,为观赏桃的生理特性研究提供理论依据。[方法]采用FMS-2便携脉冲调制式荧光仪测定了2015年5月下旬、8月上旬、10月上旬3个时期4种生长型桃树(普通型、垂枝型、帚型、矮化型)的叶绿素荧光参数的日变化特征。[结果]5月下旬4种生长型桃树的各个荧光参数日变化均保持较平稳的状态;在8月上旬高温强光下,各生长型桃树的F_m日变化呈"V"型,F_v/F_m在中午均出现了不同程度的降低,不同生长型之间,帚型桃的F_v/F_m和ETR值最高,普通型次之,矮化型最低;10月上旬的荧光参数如F_v/F_m、ETR和qP等均低于5月下旬和8月上旬。不同时期桃树的光合色素含量均为8月上旬最高,10月上旬最低,综合来看,供试的4种生长型桃树叶片的光合色素含量为普通型和矮化型较高,帚型最低。相关性分析显示,Ta和PAR与ΦPSⅡ、qP、ETR均呈极显著相关,荧光参数中F_m、F_v/F_m和ETR与光合色素相关系数较大。[结论]3个时期中,8月上旬观赏桃的PSⅡ光反应系统出现了可逆失活,5月下旬和10月上旬未出现光抑制。不同生长型之间的荧光特性也有一定的差别,可能与遗传因素有关。[Objectives] This study was to study the diurnal variations of chlorophyll fluorescence of ornamental peach in different growth types in the growing season,and provide theoretical basis for the physiological characteristics of ornamental peach trees.[Methods] Diurnal variations of chlorophyll fluorescence of peach trees with four growth types (common type,weeping type,broom type,dwarf type) were studied by FMS-2 Portable pulse modulated fluorometer in three periods of late May,early August and early October in 2015.[Results] Diurnal variations of chlorophyll fluorescence remained relatively stable in late May;under high temperature and strong light in early August,the diurnal variations of Fm were a" V" type curve,and the Fv/Fm of different growth type was reduced in different degree,among different growth types,the Fv/Fm,ETR of broom type was the highest,followed by the common type,and the dwarf type was the lowest.The Fv/Fm,ETR and qP in early October were lower than those in late May and early August.The leaf pigment content in early August was the highest,and that in early October was the lowest.Among the four growth types,the common type and dwarf type were the highest,and the broom type was the lowest.Correlation analysis showed,the correlation coefficient of Ta and PAR with ΦPSⅡ,qP,ETR reached extremely significant level,and the correlation coefficients of Fm,Fv/Fm,ETR with photosynthetic pigments were relatively higher.[Conclusions] In the three periods,the PS Ⅱ reaction center showed reversible inactivation in early August,and the light inhibition did not appear in late May and early October.The chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of different growth types had some differences,which may have a relationship with genetic factors.
